The newly built houses are part of two united houses, each with its own independence, private garden, private entrance and private parking. The house has two floors and it is in a quiet neighborhood. On the ground floor, you have a living room with kitchen with a dishwasher, a beautiful terrace and a toilet. The second floor includes two bedrooms, one with balcony, and a toilet with shower. The third floor includes a beautiful terrace with a view and a private toilet with shower. A washing machine is available.
I’m a sunny person
The house is located near the Vela Luka Beach, the bars, the restaurants and a food store. A beautiful park with many beaches is located near the house. Various activities are proposed, such as kayaking, jet ski, windsurfing.
