Our stylish apartment is located on the 4th floor of a residential building without an elevator. While a bit of effort is needed to reach it, your reward is a breathtaking view of the tennis courts and the serenity of having no neighbors above. The building is peaceful, making it ideal for guests who appreciate a quiet and relaxing stay. Designed for comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials for a perfect holiday. We provide free reserved parking right in front of the building, high-speed flat-rate internet, and complimentary Netflix for your entertainment. Additionally, we offer special discounts for stays longer than 7 nights and for bookings made under our No Refund Policy at least 21 days in advance. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR VISA APPLICANTS: We only confirm bookings with the No Refund Policy for visa application purposes.
