I have been dreaming of creating a zero-waste, plastic-free, treehouse retreat for a long time. Tree Elements resort is my labor of love, passion, and dedication, for the past 6 years. But there’s more: I dream of redefining the concept of travel. Not promoting mass tourism, but proposing an ecological, sustainable, and socially aware way to explore and enjoy travel. I invite you to join me in my dream, in my house, in my life.

Built in 2023, Tree Elements welcomes you! Be among the first guests to rent this amazing property. Rent one of 3 treehouses (Earth, Water, Wind) or the main house (Ether element) or the whole property, get married in the forest, do yoga and meditation retreat... Everyone is invited to come and heal in the forest. The treehouses are spacious and comfortable at the same time, whilst surrounded by the beautiful forest and river Korana. Tucked in the middle of the forest, this is where you will find peace and quiet and have the whole forest at your disposal. Swim in the pristine waters of river Korana. Get lost in numerous forest trails. Visit the most beautiful national park in Croatia, Plitvice lakes. Fully enjoy the privacy of your own forest. The spacious terrace invites you to spend your time relaxing, doing yoga, reading a book, or simply listening to birds. The treehouse is fully equipped for you to stay for a month if you will! Maybe be inspired to write, paint, create...

Neighbourhood information

The life in the village and in the forest is amazing. I moved from the capital, Zagreb, years ago, in order to build this eco-village. Zagreb is only 1:30mins away, so the property is very conveniently positioned. I am surrounded by great neighbors, it is safe, green, beautiful, and quiet. The closest grocery store is on a 5-minute drive, where one can find 2 restaurants and a tourist center with an adventure agency. The closest town is on a 10-minute drive, Slunj, and has everything one might need. There are banks and ATMs there, supermarkets, vendors selling fresh fruit and vegetables, coffee places, Rastoke waterfall village, rivers, hiking trails... 30mins drive will take you to the most beautiful and visited national park in the country, Plitvice Lakes.
