Newly built house in a quiet suburb of Porec, only six kilometers from the city center. Brand new apartment with two bathrooms, surrounded by the green colour of olive trees, and in the morning birds singing wakes you up. New and equipped kitchen with all appliances, two bedrooms and a commodious living room. Ideal for families with children, big yard with green grass and private parking. Treat your self to a peaceful and relaxing vacation without the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet when you want to be in the city and on the beach it is just four kilometers away.
