Sunwell apartments are two newly renovated spacious apartments. Each apartment has a special luxury feature – a hydromassage pool. Apartment with a terrace (and garden) - capacity (4+2), is located on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second room has two single beds. Both rooms have large closets. The living room has a couch with an integrated mattress for two more people. The living room leads to a spacious dining room for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a big shower bidet and toilet. The apartment also has a bioclimatic pergola, a 60m² terrace surrounded by a 90m² private green yard with a grill, a dining table for 6 people, and a solar shower. Apartment with a view, capacity (4+2) is located on the first floor. Loggia, where the hydromassage pool is situated, can be transformed into an open balcony during the summer season and again in a closed space during the less warm season. The apartment also has one smaller balcony and a private yard with a dining set for 6 people, a grill, and a solar shower. Both bedrooms have double beds and large closets. The living room has a couch with an integrated mattress for two more people. The living room leads to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a large shower. When you book both apartments at the same time, they can be used as - Mediterranean villa. The compatibility of garden furniture and the size of the outdoor space allows a group of up to 12 people a comfortable stay. Apartments are situated in quiet neighborhoods, with similar villas and vacation houses, and are intended for enjoying peace, to relax, to enjoying nature, sun, garden, sea, and our hydromassage pools. Any kind of loud noises and parties during the day or night are not allowed. We expect our guests to respect our "House rules".

You will love the apartment because of the outdoor and indoor space, the neighborhood, the ambiance, and the people. The apartment is good for couples, families with kids, and big groups. It s possible to rent them both at the same time if available. Both apartments have a view of the most beautiful sunsets and the upstairs apartment has a view of the sea and the local beach. The apartments are situated 100 meters from the local beach, 2 km from the famous beach Zrce, and 3 km away from the town Novalja. The nearest restaurant/pizza place Papillon, is located only 70 m from the apartment (working during the summer season), Kolanjski Gajac has a long promenade along the beach with beach bars. The promenade leads to the center of Gajac with the local food market, shops, restaurants, ATMs, and an exchange office. Historic town Pag is located 26 km and town Zadar is 74 km from apartments. The nearest gas station Tiffon is located 2,5 km, and the health ambulance and pharmacy are 3 km from the apartments. The restaurant with Michelin star “Boškinac” is located 8 km from the apartments. We can send directions for easier arrival to the apartment to every guest after confirmation of reservation, a few days upon the arrival.
