Perched on a hillside along the beautiful Adriatic sea coast of Vinišće, close distance to the town of Marina, view that Villa Olive Tree offer is panoramic view of the Vinišće peninsula and clear blue waters of its bay, with authentic Dalmatian landscape providing a spectacular backdrop.
The gated property is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, including lavender, thyme and rosemary.
Olive tree villa has its own individually designed living space with the emphasis on outdoor entertainment, dining and relaxing. The furnishing has been carefully chosen to provide the maximum comfort, combined with the use of natural and raw materials.
The excellent location means guests are close to many of the area highlights: five minutes’ drive away you will discover the breath taking turquoise waters of Vinišće bay and it’s beaches, with its nearby archaeological sites; there are numerous other beaches within easy reach of the villa and the nearby towns of Marina, Primošten and Trogir with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.
At View Villa Collection we will welcome you and be at your disposal for any questions. A standard welcome pack is included. Our villa manager provides daily hosting services that includes giving information and needed advice, providing guidance a housekeeping with house cleaning, fresh towels supply and changing linens weekly.
View Villas are set in a rural quiet location with lush natural surroundings, 2,7 km from town off Marina, 700m from the closest shop, 12 km from the ancient city of Trogir and 37 km from the regional capital of Split-Dalmatia County, Split and 18 km from the airport. Other villages, famous beaches, and attractions are short and easy driving distance by the car.
Several beautiful bays well known for their attractive beaches are: Voluja, Ričevo Vrelo, Stari Trogir, Sićenica. Vinišće has several markets, restaurants, cafe bars, and a small marine. Besides easy typical summer beach activities, you can enjoy boat excursions to the numerous nearby islands and bays, surfing, underwater fishing, etc.
If you enjoy nightlife, take a short drive to Trogir, Primošten, Šibenik, Rogoznica or Split.
If you travel by plain we highly recommend to hire a car.
