Company information

We are young family with 2 children. We live in Zagreb, but have inheritated a piece of land in Vinišće and a house that Mateo's father started building 20 years ago. He had never finished it. So our dream was to finish that house and to show our dear guests how beautiful Vinišće can be. House was built in 2019. There is no many neighbours around so it is really peacfull place. We don't live there, so you will be withouth us while there. But if you need anything you can call us and in 5 minutes we can reach you.

Property information

Newly built house with 4 appartements. Can be rented seperately or all 4 together. House has its own free parking behind house. It has fence all around house so it is safe for children. We have also children's playground. Grill area is in the yard. Swimming pool is in front of the house. Penthouse on top of the house has its own jacuzzi.

Neighbourhood information

Nearest beach is 200 m away, but in only 20 minutes you can get on the other side of the village. Vinišće is small village so you can be everywhere by foot, even if you are with children. Village has 3 shops, it has 5 or 6 restaurants and coffe places. There are many hiking areas around Vinišće so it is perfect for adventerous holidays.
