For those who want to fully immerse themselves in the fascinating history of Istria, enchanting Villa Adriana is an ideal choice. Villa Adriana was built in a traditional style of Istrian white stone, integrated into a plot of 1850 m2. It is a pure wellness oasis, enjoy the silence and the singing of the birds around. In the beautiful private garden there is a beautiful curved swimming pool of 59 square meters comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture. The garden is completely surrounded by a stone wall. At the pool you can spend wonderful summer evenings in the summer kitchen, where there is an open fireplace for grilling, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a large table with chairs for whole family. There is also an outdoor shower with toilet. On the ground floor of the villa you will find an air-conditioned living room with an open fireplace, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with an additional bathroom and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are two more air-conditioned rooms with a double bed beds and extra beds, with private bathroom with shower, one bathroom also with bathtub. And an additional bedroom with an open fireplace. Additional beds are available in the rooms. In the first room, a sofa for one person and in the second room as well. The upper rooms have a beautiful balcony and sea view. The small, pleasant town of Frankovići is surrounded by greenery, olive groves and vineyards. It is an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions. Romantic villages with a picturesque, medieval core are ideal for long cycling tours in spring and autumn. Enjoy the beautiful landscape in every season with its own special color scheme. Stop in first-class taverns and taverns and enjoy Istria specialties and wines.

Neighbourhood information

Brajkovići is a small settlement close to the highway exit, when arriving from the direction of Triest, about 10 minutes from the city of Rovinj. In the nearby village of Rovinjsko selo (3km), you will find everything you need for a pleasant vacation, like grocery shops and bars. In just a few minutes you can reach the Lim Bay (Lim Fjord), known for its fish and shellfish growing, as well as for its quality restaurants.
