this is very safe area.all around us are families and apartmans for rent.we are not in Old town.you can check our location on map to be sure this is good for you and to not be surprise when you arrive in our home.this is part of Dubrovnik.Not old part..it is new part (local area) above port.place is hilly and full of stairs.that is normal for our town .we are far by walk from port and main bus terminal downstairs 10min.upstairs 20min..port is full of restaurants,caffe bars and local events
