Not far from the town of Rabac, in a small and quiet place Katuri, is located Villa Ana. It is surrounded by nature and greenery and is located on a plot of about 4500 m2. The yard is beautifully landscaped and there is a private parking lot and a large pool with salt water and a barbecue area with garden furniture. The villa actually consists of two connected houses and is suitable for 12 people. The larger house consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one has a shower and the other a bathtub), a spacious living room, which has access to a covered terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The second house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room and three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one has a bathtub and the other two a shower). The rental price of the house includes the use of air conditioning, washing machine, internet, parking, electricity and water and final cleaning.

Rabac is a fishing village in the Kvarner Bay near Labin. In the 19th century, the small picturesque place had only a few families, and today it has over 1500 inhabitants. Although small, since the sixties of the 20th century, Rabac is beginning to develop into a major tourist center. Due to its exceptional beauty, it is often called the `pearl of Kvarner`. How developed tourism is in Rabac is shown by the fact that in one day it was able to host 11,000, and in the season over a million guests, mostly foreigners. One of those who celebrated Rabac tourism is the English travel writer and writer Richard Francis Burton. He stayed in Rabac in 1876. Another great historical figure hosted and generously received was the Austro-Hungarian Prince Ferdinand. Rabac is proud of its large bay with a beautiful pebble beach, and the sky blue clear sea, lush Mediterranean vegetation, numerous restaurants from which the aromas of local Kvarner cuisine.
