Surrounded by nature, far away from traffic, overlooking the historic towns of Motovun and Grožnjan there is a villa in the typical Istrian style.
It is located 19 km from the most beautiful beaches, in the small town Žudetići, where you can enjoy complete peace listening to the birds and watching the beautiful starry sky which you can only dream in the cities.
Villa is fully restored in 2014 with special attention to every detail and the special design of each room makes this Villa special and unique.
Our goal was to make Villa which you don't want to leave. Come and see for yourself the quality of the accommodation, Istrian cuisine, quality wines, the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and the peculiarities of our nature.
Welcome to Villa - Angela e Giovanni!
We can receive reservations with arrival and departure only on Saturdays for the period between 15.5. to 1.10 for the minimum of 7 days, in the other periods is in every day for the minimum of 3 days.
House is in the middle of nature, surrounded by meadows, fields, by a stream with waterfalls and beautiful trails for hiking, overlooking the Grožnjan and Motovun.
