Holiday home Angelica is a beautiful traditional stone house with a private pool, and 4 bedrooms, ideal for 8 people. It is located in the village of Heraki, only a few minutes drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. On the ground floor is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room, three double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom and two balconies. Villa Angelica exudes traditional style, comfort, and luxury at the same time. The property is surrounded by a large yard with Mediterranean trees and a stone wall. A large pool of 32 m2 is located in the central part of the yard. A beautifully manicured garden, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, parking, a large swimming pool, and many traditional details will delight visitors to this unique holiday home.
