Vila ARIA je prekrasna, moderna vila s privatnim bazenom. Smještena u blizini Zadra-Sukošana, a nudi smještaj za osam odraslih osoba i djece u četiri udobne spavaće sobe. Vila sadržava modernu, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s blagavaonicom te prostranim dnevnim boravakom. Unutrašnjost interijera okupana je danjim svjetlom, a što omogućavaju veliki stakleni prozori. Budući da se radi o prizemnici gostima je olakšan pristup okućnici i bazenu. Na raspolaganju je dječje igralište i teretana. Na raspolaganju su četiri spavaće sobe koje nude udobnost za do osam odraslih osoba i djece. Spavaće sobe sadržavaju velike bračne krevete (180•200), a u četvrtoj spavaćoj sobi nudi se mogućnost spojenog ili rastavljenog kreveta za po jednu osobu. U sklopu dviju spavaćih soba nalaze se privatne kupaonice dok preostale dvije spavaće sobe imaju na raspolaganju kupatilo i wc u kojem se nalazi perilica rublja. Na raspolaganju je, ujedno, i sušilica rublja. Prostrani dnevni boravak, blagavaonica i kuhinja nude gostima osjećaj potpune privatnosti i bijega od svakodnevice. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane.
Eksterijer vile sastoji se od privatnog bazena, vanjskog tuša, blagovaonice na otvorenom, a u sklopu koje gosti mogu koristiti gril i vanjsku kuhinju. Djeca su dobrodošla, a za njih smo sagradili igralište s mnoštvom igračaka i sadržaja. Ono što ovu vilu čini doista posebnom jest visoka vanjska ograda koja okružuje cijelu parcelu, a što gostima omogućava potpunu privatnost u mirnom dijelu mjesta bez gužve i prometa te ujedno sigurnost za djecu. U vili ARIA zaista ćete uživati jer nudi sadžaje koji omogućuju potpuno opuštanje i relaksaciju.
