This charming 100 m² house features a heated pool and offers a tranquil retreat. It includes three bedrooms: two furnished with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and one with two single beds (80 x 200 cm). Each bedroom is air-conditioned. The open-plan design encompasses a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cutlery to prepare your favorite meals. There are three bathrooms in total: two are en suite, and one is designated for shared use. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience. Additionally, there is a laundry area located underneath the pool, which includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, making it easy to wash your clothes during your stay. The standout feature of our house is the outdoor space, which offers an incredible panoramic sea view. Here, you can enjoy the pool, a barbecue, and plenty of relaxing areas with sun loungers and lounge seating. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower by the pool for your convenience. Upon arrival, our guests are welcomed with a drink, a bottle of wine, and a fruit bowl to refresh themselves after their long trip. The house welcomes small pets, allowing you to bring your furry friend. We only ask for a small daily fee of 5,00 EUR. If you are arriving by car, there is plenty of parking space next to the house and a bike rack available for your bicycle. If you are arriving in Bol by catamaran, let us know and we will organize a free taxi to take you to the house. We offer our guests several complimentary amenities: a baby bed(upon request), a feeding chair(upon request), pool towels, wood for the BBQ, and luggage storage available upon arrival or departure.

The house is situated in a peaceful area, conveniently located just an 8-minute walk from the busy center. The nearest restaurant, Ranc, and grocery store, Tommy, are only 4 minutes away on foot. If you're looking to take a break from our lovely pool, you can visit the beautiful family beaches of Martinica and Kotlina on the east side of Bol. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is located on the west side. To reach the eastern beaches, it takes just 3 minutes by car, while Zlatni Rat is an 8-minute drive away. To explore Bol, we recommend renting a scooter. Parking is easy, and you can easily navigate the narrow roads of the town. If you're interested in hiking, a visit to Vidova Gora mountain is a must. The views from the top are absolutely stunning, and the starting point for the hike is only a 7-minute walk from the house.
