Villa Baleta is a traditional Istrian stone villa that comfortably sleeps 8 with a first floor balcony, outside terrace, BBQ, private swimming pool, garden and parking. The private and fully fenced property with a large garden makes Villa Baleta family and pet friendly. (Please note: There is an additional cleaning fee of 50 Euro per pet per week). Under new ownership for 2023 with refreshed interior spaces featuring a new kitchen and central heating.
Multilingual with two little boys and two dogs who love to spend time outdoors and in nature - we look forward to welcoming you to Villa Baleta!
Within the gated community of Paradis Ville, Villa Baleta is away from busy roads and any through-traffic. Tranquil, quiet and surrounded nature with hiking and bike trails on the doorstep. Guests have free access to a generous children's playground and tennis court which are just a few minutes walk within the community. Restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes drive to Svetvinćenat or Vodjnan. There are a number of rural Konobas in the area too. This area is famed for its olive groves and excellent quality olive oil. Just 15 minutes drive to beaches or the historic city of Pula.
