This beautiful holiday home in the middle of a quiet, Mediterranean landscape offers everything a holidaymaker's heart desires. Surrounded by lush greenery and with a wonderful garden to relax in, it combines high-quality furnishings with a refreshing swimming pool - the perfect place for a relaxing stay. This spacious accommodation can accommodate up to eight people. The sandy beach of Crikvenica is only about 8 km away, but the immediate surroundings also have a lot to offer. Numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to actively explore, and the nearby mountains are home to a paragliding station - a special highlight for adventure seekers. On the ground floor of the house there is an open living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which is equipped with three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are designed as walk-through rooms so that you can get from one to the other. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a large, furnished terrace and a brick barbecue are available to guests and offer ideal conditions for relaxing days under the sun.
