The ground floor is the meeting point of the villa with a bright and charming living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor is completed by another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. Two glass doors take you from the living and dining area to the terrace of the villa, where there is another covered dining area and a lounge corner. In the private pool you can refresh yourself on warm days and then relax on the sun loungers with sun umbrellas. Children can enjoy the playground and numerous activities such as badminton, table tennis, mini soccer, kids mini golf, kids bowling, etc.. The villa features also a PlayStation 4 Pro, offering high-quality gaming entertainment. Another highlight is on the first floor of the small house in the garden. There is a games room with table football, chess, darts and billiards. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a summer kitchen with a charming dining area.
