It is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In the outer part of the villa there is an impressive private pool of 50 m2. Those who prefer to catch the sun's rays can enjoy them on the sun loungers by the pool. There is a covered area by the pool, which is ideal for socialising in the evening and enjoying refreshing drinks. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living room and a bathroom, and on the same floor there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom. The special feature of this villa is the wellness area on the ground floor and the fitness room in the basement. On the first floor there are three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
