From here you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the green hills of Istria – the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, style and nature. Built in 2024, the villa was designed with meticulous attention to detail and the use of natural materials such as stone and wood. The 1000 m² property, completely fenced, is surrounded by manicured lawns and offers everything a holidaymaker’s heart desires: a 40 m² outdoor swimming pool with a hydromassage area, a covered terrace with a large dining table and barbecue, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and several parking spaces.
