Property information

Villa Bella N is a newly built holiday home located on its own fenced plot of 650 m2 in the village of Markovac, approx. 14 km from Poreč and 11 km from the sea. In Višnjan, 3 km away, there is the nearest store, a typical Istrian tavern, a pharmacy and more. The house was built in 2022 and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, and in the outdoor part guests have their own swimming pool with sunbeds, a terrace with seating, a barbecue, a trampoline for children and two parking spaces. The holiday home for 6 people is equipped with modern furniture, with living area 147 m2 on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with access to a covered terrace and pool, one double room with a shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two double rooms, each with its own shower/toilet and a common terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Thanks to its location, this villa is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside and yet a 10-minute drive from the beach. Young groups are not allowed.
