Villa Bella Vista certainly lives up to its name, offering a magnificent sea view that will make you in love with Mediterranean sunsets. The serene and sleek interior provides a comfortable atmosphere, with 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 4 bathrooms, as well as a spacious living room fitted with air-con and a widescreen TV, making it ideal for a large group of friends or family. On the ground floor, there is a covered terrace with loungers to rest on and enjoy in the sun and afterward you can take a swim in the private pool or relax in the hot tub. Pool heating with heat pump upon request available from May to October with an additional charge of 150 euros per week. Please note that the water temperature is depending on the weather conditions (available from 01.05. until 31.10). The other side is arranged for the BBQ area with a grill at disposal. And for those interested in games, there is table tennis or a pool table. The ground floor also has a kitchen with dining room, a fitness area with training equipment and a sauna.

Situated on the eastern coast of Istria, this newly built modern villa provides a perfect place to spend your holidays in a peaceful and relaxing surroundings. The property is only 15 km away from Labin, which is the largest town in the area, and 46 km far from the nearest airport in Pula. Near the city of Labin, guests are welcome to visit a touristic small town of Rabac with its marvelous beaches. The nearest shop and restaurant is located 2 km away in auto camp Tunarica, where you also have the possibility to rent a boat, kayak or pedal boat. Not only will you have access to captivating, pebble beaches with shade offered by pine trees, but there are a lot of hiking trails for anyone who wishes to further explore the nature. In the vicinity, there is a mountain path leading to the hill of Skitača (425 m), on top of which extends an impressive landscape of the Kvarner Islands.
