The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. You will be amazed by the pool and the beautiful panoramic view. This artistic villa will introduce you to great works of art by some of Croatia's most famous artists. On the ground floor, you can relax on the lovely sofa or enjoy meals together in the charming dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. Here you can also find one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest toilet. The other three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has access to the upper terrace, the other bedroom with a double bed has access to the balcony and the third bedroom has a French window. All three rooms offer beautiful panoramic views over the charming town of Sveti Lovrec and its marvellous surroundings. A well-equipped laundry room is also located on this floor. In the basement you will be surprised by a spacious fitness room. For those who want to stay fit during their holiday, there are weights, a table for table tennis, an exercise bike and a rowing machine. The beautiful terrace has a pool with a counter-current system. It is the perfect place to go for a swim, relax in a deckchair or lie in the shade of the parasols. The well-equipped outdoor cooking area is ideal for barbecues with the family in the evening. The terrace is also characterised by a beautiful sculpture depicting the female figure, a work of art by one of the most important Croatian sculptors of today. The villa is located in the medieval town of
