Our place is newly built house at the edge of the village . It is offering beautiful accommodation, quiet retreat in our newly established garden or fitness in the open air yoga room in the mornings. Beach Colone and Sao Paolo is 6 Km away, and is accessible by free Turist Train operating daily.If you are driving we will provide free parking pass for the beach. You can relax in the garden, do barbecue or enjoy local vine. Our house is duplex house, but you will have privacy of the whole west wing for yourselves, and opposite side where we live is separated from the guest side by 8 m long timber framed pavilion area.
We are a couple of friendly, professional hosts, dedicated to making your stay comfortable, relaxing, and unforgettable. With years of experience and a passion for hospitality, we pride ourselves on offering clean, thoughtfully prepared accommodations where every detail is designed with your comfort in mind. Our guests are welcomed like friends — we are always available for local tips, cycling routes, hidden beaches, and must-see spots across beautiful Istria. Trust, authenticity, and personal attention are at the heart of what we do, ensuring that every guest feels safe, valued, and truly at home. Few shops and bakery are at the end of our road, and there is little train that takes you to the beach for free.Nearest beaches are Colone and San Polo, and we will provide pass for the beach entry so you can drive there too.For Children there is Paleo Water Park and plenty of activities, and for adults there is Menegetti Winery, or Grubic olive mill and shop.There are plenty of day trips possible from busy Rovinj, to Lim Fjord, or inland Istria with Motovun, Hum, or Health Spa Resort Istarske Toplice .
