From the first floor you can enjoy the sunset in privacy - 2 rooms have their own balconies. The villa comprises five bedrooms, each with its private en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and soothing grey and white decor. All six bathrooms in the villa are also equipped with a hairdryer.

The 702 m² garden is enclosed on all sides by hedges and offers a beautiful view of the Istrian countryside. The 60 m² swimming pool, which can be accessed by stairs, offers refreshment at any time of the day. An outdoor shower is also available.
