Built in 2021 in a contemporary style, this brand new villa Dila has 225 m2 of living space and as much as 2300 m2 of total property, and from the bright and clean sea and pebble beach is only 5 km away. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, there are 4 bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet. On the upper floor you will surely enjoy the panoramic view where in the distance the sky merges with the Adriatic Sea. A fully equipped and modern kitchen will be an ideal place to prepare your favourite and delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends. The living room consists of a TV, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a table and next to it there is a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea. Near the living room is a dining room and a dining table for 8 people. Each of the bedrooms has a TV and access to the outdoor garden where there are chairs and tables so you can enjoy the warm sun and fresh air during your stay in Villa Dila. Depending on the need, the villa has underfloor heating or cooling, a feeder and a cot if you bring the youngest ones with you on holiday. On the upper floor you will also find a swimming pool of 30 m2, 1.2 m deep, which has hydromassage jets as additional equipment. Next to it there is a sun deck with 4 deck chairs where you can relax soaking up the sun after a pleasant refreshment in the pool.
