The House has a beautiful sea-view and is ideal for families, a group of friends of up to 10-11 persons who are looking to go to a place which is relaxing, an environment which is beautiful and a house which offer all you need during your holiday. The house consists of a souterrain, a ground floor and a 1st floor. In the Souterrain area, which is an ideal place to be during the hot summer months, you have a separate bathroom with bath tub a wellness/fitness area and a children's play corner. Additionally there is a sofa bed for 2 persons and a playstation with the latest games. The Ground floor consists of a big living room which has a big sofa bed for 2 persons, a dining room and kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with additional bedroom that has a double bunkbed for three persons. The hallway has built in wardrobes for all your belongings. The first floor has two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One king queen size bed and in the other room two single beds which can be connected into a king size bed if needed. Outside you have a swimming pool 29m2, a lounge area, a dining area, a big BBQ and 4 bicycles and scooter. Full WiFi coverage, satellite TV (Astra, Hot bird), Netflix.

In Rogoznica you can find Marina Frapa, one of the most beautiful marinas in the Mediterranean with numerous facilities and attractions – from sport facilities (fitness center, tennis, bowling…) to night club, restaurants and more. You will also enjoy the most known local attraction nearby, the Dragon’s Eye (Dragon Lake, Galešnica) – a place of legends with interesting flora and fauna. Our villa Diomedes is located in Stivasnica, a little southeast from Rogoznica. It offers absolute peace and quiet and relaxation from the stress of city crowds.Also worth visiting is Diomede’s Cape or Punta Planke near the village. This is a location where you can experience some of the biggest waves in the Adriatic crashing over the warning sea light. On the land across, there is a small Chapel of St. John. Split Airport is a 35 min. drive, the cities of Trogir, Split and Sibenik a less than an hours drive away. Visiting Krka and Kornati National parks is very practical from our place. We hope you will come to discover this part of the Mediterranean. In times of the Corona threat it is a perfect fit for those wanting to be in a smaller village without crowded beaches and a house to themselves.
