The well-kept lawn, amazingly decorated and safe for children, is hidden from all views. The interiors are charming and designed with ultimate comfort in mind. The villa is surrounded by an expansive well maintained garden with a pool. The large swimming pool is surrounded by high quality sunbeds and umbrellas. Above the pool there is a lounge terrace with a fireplace which provides access to the sauna. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms divided into the left and right part of the stone house, each with a living room and a kitchen. The interior of the house is air-conditioned and free WLAN is available.

Labin is based in the place of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and baroque palaces.
