A modern five star Villa semi detached situated in the heart of Rovinj close to the church of St. Eufemia. With a private garden, hot tub outside, sea and city view. The garden has a grill and outside furniture or a Jacuzzi where you can enjoy the sun set on the horizon of the sea. The place can accommodate 6 person.
