Spanning 280 m2 over two floors, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a bright dining area and living room, a sauna with bathroom, and a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom. One of the rooms includes a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The outdoor area of Villa Figa II radiates Mediterranean charm and complete tranquility. The spacious, well-maintained garden filled with olive trees, lavender, and other Mediterranean plants invites guests to relax in nature. The large private swimming pool is surrounded by a sun deck with comfortable loungers, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a good book. In this peaceful corner of the island, far from crowds, you'll find true privacy, serenity, and the perfect space to unwind and recharge.
