It is therefore ideal for small families or couples looking for peace and seclusion in central Istria. The layout of the rooms is practical and simple. On the first floor you will find an open plan living and dining area with kitchen, where you can feel at home. A small WC completes the first floor. Stairs lead you to the 2 bedrooms on the second floor, where there is also a bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a television. The outside area of the villa is no less attractive. From the living area on the first floor, a glass door leads to the inviting terrace with a charming seating area.
