Marčana is not a typical tourist place. It is a slightly remote village with normal life and increased tourist guests during summer. It is positioned to reach any town within South Istria within 25 minutes drive, and North Istria connected with Highway within 60 minutes. The property is a 10-minute drive away from the Airport Pula (PUY) and 15 minutes drive from the center of Pula city. The house is in a private location 100 m away from the road that runs through the town dividing it into two parts. In the other part which is 10 minutes walk away from the property is the center with small elementary shops, bars, a post office, and ATM. Also, for a very good restaurant you don't have to drive long – restaurant Luna is only 5 minutes drive away from the property as well as restaurant Vesna whose owners produce delicious Istrian cheese - Highly recommended. The nearest beach to the property is in Duga Uvala, 15 minutes drive away, or you can visit one of the beautiful beaches in Pula – 20 minutes drive away. Pula has a very good gastronomic scene and it abounds with excellent restaurants both in the very center and surrounding areas.
