We kindly ask our guests to leave the property tidy and clean, including disposing of the trash, as we do not charge an additional cleaning fee.

The property is located in Krničari, a picturesque village known for its traditional architecture and charming stone houses. Nestled in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves this is an excellent location for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. There is a restaurant a 3-minute drive away and a grocery store a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. For beach lovers the coastal towns of Rovinj (a 25-minute drive) and Poreč (a 30-minute drive) offer opportunities for swimming, boating and other water activities. Popular nearby excursions include a visit to the historic coastal town of Pula which is a 40-minute drive away. Visitors can explore the ancient Roman ruins, including the iconic Pula Arena. Visitors can also reach the Brijuni Islands, from the ferry port in Fazana (a 30-minute drive). Here there they will find a national park with beautiful landscapes, a golf course, archaeological sites, beaches and a safari park. The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula International Airport (PUY) approximately a 30-minute drive away.
