“Apartment Čamac was great, perfect size and room arrangement for my family. Clean, near the beach, lovely little terrace. Gas in the kitchenette is also bonus, that is rarely available in this type of apartments. Not too far from the village.”

Welcome to Villa Kaktusa, a typical house located in Pirovac, Croatia, on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. The house is divided into 5 flats for 2 to 8 people.​ Our flats are ideally located just 60 metres from the beach, in a quiet part of the village. The centre, with its shops and restaurants, is just a 7-minute walk away.
Hello! We are Maurine and Jonathan, leaving in Belgium and just started a new project in our life with this beautiful house in Croatia. Don't hesitate to ask your questions. We can't wait to welcome our first guests!
