The specialty of Villa KaLa is the basement where you will find a playroom, wine cellar, a wellness area with sauna and shower, as well as a guest toilet and a fitness area. Have fun with a game of billiards, relax in the private sauna or work out in the fitness area. From the billiard table you can enjoy the fascinating view into the pool.
