Our Villa Kalyna is designed for the comfortable stay of 8 persons. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) are at your service. A large guest area with the adjoining kitchen and panoramic windows that make of this area the partially open terrace in the summer. Each room is equipped with the air conditioner and heated floors (for the cold season). Guests have at their disposal all necessary equipment for the gorgeous stay during the long time (from one week to several months – washing machine, oven, stove, microwave oven, iron for clothes, hair dryers, and the outdoor grill. On the territory of Villa the swimming pool of 3 x 7 meters, large garden with olive and fruit trees, playground, and the parking are waiting for you. The Istrian peninsula is one of the most popular resorts among tourists in Croatia. It is the little corner of paradise with measured atmosphere where every little thing invites you to relax. The nature here impresses with its fabulous beauty: the clean sea, rocky coast covered with pine forests and parks of deciduous trees create the harmonious combination.
