Villa Largo is a newly built, beachfront villa furnished with high quality, offering very comfortable accommodation for 8+2 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a terrace.Fully air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi, open concept living and dining area, a Media Room with PS4 and Netflix, a Jacuzzi, 33 sqm Heated private pool, and amazing views of the Adriatic Sea and island Brač from almost every corner. The Interior is very well organized, modern and light, giving a deeper dimension with half floors and glass fences. Next to Villa Largo is identical Villa Bava, owned by the same owner and listed separately. Both located only 10 meters away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Duće, within walking distance of restaurants (50m), bars, mini markets, local bus station, 2 km far from Omiš and the Cetina river.

Villa LARGO is positioned above the coastal road in Duće, and there are 4 garage places secured. The property size is 660 sqm and is fully fenced (the villa itself is 290sqm). Villa has located nearby small town Omiš and Cetina river (2 km far) that offers many sandy and pebble beach, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina river or to island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea that is very inviting. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets.
