Our holiday house “Villa Lavanda” offers you beautiful and clean apartments with very modern and cozy furnishings. The apartments on the ground floor have a terrace with a view of the green courtyard and the garden, the apartments on the first floor each have two balconies, one with a view on the sea to the south, the other behind the house with a view on the Velebit mountain range. The terrace and the balconies are equipped with awnings and parasols. Each apartment has air conditioning, which can be switched on if required for a fee. PLEASE NOTE: for using the AIRCONDITIONING we are asking for a usage fee for electricity and maintenance of EUR 6 per day (for electricity and maintenance costs). A washing machine is available and can be used for a fee of 6 euros per wash cycle. The apartments are equipped with everything you need: modern kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large beds and sofa beds. WiFi, TV, towels and bed linen are included in the price. A washing machine can be used for the fee of 5 Euros. Children can borrow water toys. The parking lot for guests is just behind the house. The house is located close to nature in a quiet and relaxing area. The nearby beach is only 5 minutes away, as is the city center with many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Many events and concerts also take place there.

Starigrad is an old fishing village, located directly at the Paklenica National Park, at the foot of the impressive Velebit Mountains. Here the famous Karl May movies were filmed. The air in this area is particularly clean and refreshing because of the winds that blow from the countryside over the 1000 meter high mountains. The sea is calm, warm and very clean. The turquoise blue water matches the white of the rocks on the beaches and mountains very nicely. There are many pebble and rocky beaches. You can walk to the mountains from the house to great viewpoints. The Paklenica National Park is entered through the canyon with 300 meter high rock walls, where you can go hiking, climbing or visiting the huge stalactite cave. The area offers many other activities, such as guided spelunking, boat tours to lonely beaches or jet skiing. The Plitvice Lakes National Park with waterfalls and the breathtaking Kornati Islands are within easy reach. In the nearby Renaissance city of Zadar with great markets, shops, bars, restaurants and an intense nightlife, you can experience the "most beautiful sunset in the world" (Alfred Hitchcock). Other places and cities in Dalmatia are easy to reach.
