Our house was built in 2016 and is located in northern Dalmatia, right on the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 14 kilometers from the city of Zadar, about 150 meters from the water and with stunning sea views. The house has 180 square meters of living space and consists of two separate apartments. First apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a niche and a living room with exit to the 11 square meter terrace with sea views. The second apartment is one floor higher, but also has a second terrace also overlooking the sea. Equipped to a high standard are the kitchen, all bathrooms and the open living area. In the courtyard there are three parking spaces for our guests. In the garden there is an open shower with hot and cold water as well as a heated pool. Die Straße von unserem Haus führt Sie in etwa hundert Meter zum Strand. Wenn Sie unten am Meer angelangt sind, erwartet sie ein wunderschöner Meeresblick mit Inseln Panorama. Direkt vor Ort ist ein kleiner Hafen, wo die Boote der lokalen Fischer vor Anker liegen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist gepflastert sowie Platz für die Handtücher und Liegestühle. An unserem Strand gibt es eine gemütliche Kaffeebar mit angenehmer Musik wo man sich jederzeit erfrischen kann. Auf beiden Seiten Entlang der Küste erstreckt sich die Promenade, die zu den nächsten Stränden und versteckten Buchten weiter führt.. Die Gegend ist vor allem durch ihre wunderschönen Sandstrände und Buchten bekannt. Die Strände sind überwiegend mit feinem Sand bedeckt und sehr seicht, was besonders von Familien mit kleinen Kindern geschätzt wird. Zudem liegen die Strände weit von den Hauptverkehrsstraßen entfernt und somit sorgen für ihrer Ruhe und Einsamkeit für ungestörten Badegenuss. Saubere Luft und heilende schwarze Schlamm machen Privlaka attraktiv für Menschen, die gesundheitliche Probleme wie Asthma, Rheuma und Arthritis.
