Villa Leonore has 4 double bedrooms with its own/en-suite bathrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 half-bath, spacious living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, heated outdoor pool, half-covered terrace with outdoor furniture and loungers, private parking lot, completely fenced courtyard, fitness room and utility room. Total residential area of the villa is 230m2 while the plot area on which it was built is 550m2. Each double bedroom has its own bathroom, super king size bed 180x200 cm, built-in wardrobe, SMART TV, air-conditioning and access to the balcony. Outdoor swimming pool of 24m2 (8x3 m) has an easy stair entry and an outdoor shower. The pool is in use from 1st of May until 31st of October with temperature between 25 and 30 °C . Spacious southern terrace is half-covered & is equipped with outdoor furniture and loungers for sunbathing. On the northern side of the villa you have a charcoal BBQ and 3 private parking places on your disposal. The villa is completely fenced which makes it particularly suitable for children. In short, everything you need for a memorable holiday.

We provide attentive service while fully respecting your privacy. At arrival we provide you with multiple pairs of keys and brochures from local touristic offices so you can plan your holiday. Since you will be staying in the villa alone, you can contact us in case of any issue. Additionally, any arrival of the staff for the purpose of regular maintenance of the pool or other facilities will always be announced.
Just 3 minute walk from the villa is a beautiful Duće sandy beach which is particularly popular with families. This part of Croatian coast is famous for its fine sand and clear Adriatic sea. Your villa is situated close 15 minute walk to the historic medieval town of Omiš. Omiš is located in a magnificent canyon where emerald green river Cetina flows into the Adriatic sea, surrounded by steep cliffs. Above the town, pirate fortresses from the old times can be seen. Explore authentic taverns, restaurants and green market in Omiš town centre. Take your time to wander through the lovely, narrow streets of town or try hiking nearby mountains and fortresses. Expect a breathtaking view. Try one of numerous activities organized by specialized tourist agencies in Omiš (kayaking, rafting, free climbing, zip line, hiking). Enjoy a nice walk along the beach or take 1-day boat excursion to nearby Dalmatian islands. Visit the historic center of the city of Split (20 km away). Split is Croatia's second biggest city and a UNSECO heritage site with preserved Diocletian's Palace from Roman times.
