Initially, we planned/designed and actually build The Villa Lion's House for our family. That's why we have used top quality materials, equipment and home appliances made by world known brands such as Miele, Bosch, Villeroy & Boch etc. Same principle applied to the swimming pool, the garden, grill and other areas of Villa. Villa is located within 5 min car drive from city of Crikvenica central square and main beaches, however location is in the very quiet area at the hill above the city. So you could sit at the Villa's terrace or near the pool simultaneously enjoying your privacy and picturesque view on the Gulf of Kvarner, Island of Krk, cities of Crikvenica, Selce, Novi Vinodolski & Senj. Total size of parcel is ca. 1600 sq. meters including the building so you would have enough space for your kids to play, as well as for your own relaxation in the fruit garden, near the pool, at the grill area or at one of Villa's 3 main terraces. Please note that it is possible to organize shuttle service for the guests of the Villa (4-seater passenger car or 7-seater minibus), subject of additional agreement with an owner.
All of my life I've been working in automotive industry within production, sales, marketing & service (Volvo, Ford, Porsche, Kia, Nissan and other brands). Thanks to auto-industry I've got quite an experience in Customer Service & Relations and now I am implementing these skills and knowledge being your host at Villa. I am pleased to help my guests to enjoy beautiful Croatia with it's fantastic nature, delicious food, great wines and ancient historical cities. Personally I like reading and movies (prefer detectives), sports (everything connected with the word BALL, such as basketball, football, handball...and water polo). Also, I am enjoying Croatia myself and doing my best that my guests fell in love with this lovely country like I did in 2006. I am living at the completely separate part of the Villa at the ground floor under guests quarters and is always available for the questions and guest services, if required. Looking forward to see you here at Villa Lion's House!
There are no immediate neighbours close to Villa, the nearest house is located ca. 50 meters behind the Villa. Also, all local attractions such as city center, 6 major supermarkets (including international Spar and Lidl), city beach, restaurants and caffe, child attraction park etc. are within 5-10 min drive from the Villa. If you decide to see other attractions of Croatia or nearby Italy please find some recommendations and distances from Villa: City of Pula, Croatia (ancient Rome Arena, similar to Colosseo) - 135 km City of Rovinj - charming old town of Venetian Empire - 34 km from Pula City of Motovun, capital of Croatian truffles and delicacies - 47 km from Rovinj Opatija - Croatian version of Nice, St.Tropez, Portofino ... - 49 km from Villa
