Sandy beaches, healing mud, salt fields, rich bird life and rare and endemic plants are the riches of Nin. The villa is located near one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia, Queen's Beach, and is ideal for 8+2 guests. This villa has 4 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a luxurious massage bathtub, ideal for daily relaxation. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything guests will need during their stay, and a comfortable and harmoniously furnished living room are perfect for a pleasant get-together with a terrace and a garden area of 620 m2 with a trampoline. In a landscaped garden, which is fully fenced, there is a 40 m2 heated pool, inside which there is a smaller 6 m2 heated pool for children. Guests also have 4 car parking spaces at their disposal. Guests also have four bicycles at their disposal, three for adults and one for children. The entire villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can surf the Internet in all rooms without any worries. The accommodation unit is equipped with ramps for wheelchair users. There is also a boat at your disposal, anchored in Nin harbour, 1 km from the villa. Nin is a town over three thousand years old, a town with a long tradition and glorious past, rich in historical sights and a rich gastronomic offer that will surely take your breath away. The host has an open speedboat with an equipment length of 6m x 2.5m for 8 people with an outboard motor of 140 HP. Possibility of use with or without skipper for an extra charge on request.
