Property information

Villa Luce di Mare is a 4* beachfront property with 245 m2 interior spreading over 3 floors (basement, ground floor and 1st floor) and 350 m2 exterior. Exterior consists of two pools, shallow and a heated adult one of 45m2, sun loungers with towels and umbrellas, an outside shower, toilet, and a summer kitchen with a stone barbecue and dining area. Here, guests have everything they need for an amazing day by the pool, and if they wish to swim in the turquoise crystal clear sea, they can do so just a few steps from the terrace. Inside, the villa provides a ground floor with spacious living and dining room with amazing views, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. First floor consists of 3 double bedrooms with sea view, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms (one is en-suite). Villa is air-conditioned, provides free wifi and private parking, and some great amenities, such as floor heating in the bathrooms and smart TV with Netflix, as well as an electric car charging station. At the basement, guests are welcome to enjoy a small wine cellar with a selection of the best Croatian wines, as well as a mini gym and a sauna. Guest have a possibility of renting a Toyota C-HR (Hybrid, automatic), for extra 75 euro/day. Paddle board is available at no extra charge.

Villa is located in a picturesque Hvar village Ivan Dolac, with a beautiful beach just a few steps away. Restaurant and a cafe can be found within 70 meters, while a grocery store is 150 meters away.
