Check out this stunning estate - villa Lucy in Rojnići lies on 3700 square meters of private land, it features a large swimming pool located in the center of the spacious garden with lawn, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and playground with swings. Villa Lucy is a completely renovated Istrian house adapted for renting. The property is fenced by a thick stone wall and has 7 bedrooms, an outdoor dining area, as well as a large indoor space. There are two houses with separate entrances, both are on two floors. In one house there is living room, dining room and kitchen with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two additional sleeping possibilities in the attic on two separate beds. While in the other, there is also a living room together with kitchen and dining room, but it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This villa in Rojnići is made for entertaining - it can host up to 16 guests
