This is an old Istrian country house that has been renovated so that you can enjoy it to the fullest. The villa has 4 bedrooms, three of which have double beds, while the fourth has two single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor you will find a chic modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing delicious meals for your loved ones. As the first floor is designed as an open-plan living area, the cozy sofas and TV are just a step away from the kitchen. Outside you will find an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen, private parking for two cars and of course the best of all - a private pool where you will find refreshment during the hot summer days. Nothing more to say than - just enjoy! Only the larger house is rented out. The smaller, adjoining house is not for rent.
