Sea View Villa Monte Alba is located in a beautiful Istrian town of Krnica just 2 km to the sea, beach, and harbor. The villa has its own private heated infinity pool (available from May 1st to September 30th) and a nice garden with an automated irrigation system. The garden is fenced. From all the bedrooms, you get an unforgettable panoramic view of the Adriatic sea and the island of Cres. The villa is brand new, very modern, comfortable, and tastefully furnished mostly with Italian-made furniture. The villa has 2 floors and is composed of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sofa bed in the living room means the villa can host up to 8 guests. The villa is perfect if you want to spend your holidays in Istria in complete peace. 3 restaurants, a grocery, bakery are within walking distance from the villa :) You can reach Pula, Fazana, Rabac, Rovinj within a pleasant drive through Istrian surroundings. The villa is ready for your stay any time in the year as it has floor heating all over the space and air conditioning in every room. Pool season: 01.05.-30.09. Pets are allowed. Fee 100 euros per stay.

Krnica, where Sea View Villa Monte Alba is located, is just a perfect town if you are looking for a stay in a villa with a private pool in Istria! The sea of Krnica offers beautiful hidden coves, beaches, and marine life, and is the starting point for many diving excursions, which starts just from Krnica harbor. While the interior is abundant with Mediterranean vegetation, pine forests and beautiful countryside, making it ideal for natural vacations. I recommend getting to know the culture and mentality of this region by taking advantage of the many cycling trails and enjoying the natural beauty and fresh air. One of these trails is just 30 meters from the villa! In Krnica and in the surroundings there is a great selection of quality restaurants. Some of them you can reach on foot :) Krnica is in easy reach to other points of interest in Istria such as Pula, Fazana, Rovinj, and Porec. The coffee bar, shop, and the restaurant in Krnica are open all year long :)
