My father decide to return to a place of his childhood where his grandfather lived and day by day, with his own hands with a little help of course, renovate entire old stone house and more. The result can be seen in pictures. He and his wife live in a house near the villa so they can be at your disposal for whatever you may need during your stay. It is worth mentioning that a van with basic groceries arrives next to the villa every day at 9 in the morning.
This is my 4th season as night receptionist at Falkensteiner Apartments Petrcane and 2nd season that I am renting private apartments in Zadar and hopefully first of many seasons that I will be helping my father with his villa. It seems that I finally found something that I really enjoy doing - meeting new people through job I do and making sure their vacation in Croatia is enjoyable and memorable.
The villa is located in the village of Krusevo on a small hill. Only a few other houses are in its vicinity so this location should be perfect for you If you want private vacation away from city noise and near wonders of nature worth visiting (canyon of Zrmanja, Novigrad sea, National park Paklenica at Velebit mountain...).
