This newly built house with a large swimming pool 50(m2) is situated in a small village Katuni on the Makarska riviera. Once during the holidays , we give a free lunch or dinner at one of our two restaurants in Omis 25 km away from the vacation house
The house is used for the rental purpose only. My family and I live in the town of Omiš ( 30 km away of the property). Guests have access into every room at the villa. They are free to use the pool, the Bocce playground, backyard and the small house where they can make barbecue. Two bikes are available as well. Children playground is situated next to the house. Guests will also have a free access to the small winehouse located in the village , 200 m away from the house. Football playground is located 40 m away from the property .
The property is situated in the geographical and historical region of Dalmatia known as "Dalmatian hinterland", 4 km away from the highway.
