This completely new luxury holiday villa is located in a beautiful location near the famous tourist city Malinska. The villa has 235 m2, 4 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and can accommodate 8 guests.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a large living room, a kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From all rooms you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea.
In the courtyard of the villa you will find a large swimming pool (50 m2) with a beautiful view of the sea, deckchairs, umbrella and sofas, and here you can really enjoy summer evenings with family and friends. The garden is full of Mediterranean herbs, lavender and rosemary.
