Experience the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience in this fully fenced villa. Ideal for families and pet-friendly, it's a tranquil retreat just 20 minutes from Rovinj. With four bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, it promises a memorable getaway. The stone villa is newly renovated and modernly furnished. The enclosed and fully fenced garden has a large swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, plenty of space for children, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table. There is also a swing and a slide for children! The interior is new, modern and spacious. There are 4 beautiful bedrooms, the house has a capacity for 10 people, while extra cots are available. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, a spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and an additional toilet. The first floor has 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has free FLAT WiFi for our guests and private parking is guaranteed. The pet fee is 10 euro a day per pet.

Villa Milena is located in the heart of Istria, in a warm and sunny location, on the edge of a small village. Beaches in Rovinj, charming medieval towns in the interior of Istria, historical monuments of Pula are all within 30 minutes from the house. The supermarket, restaurants, shops are within 10 minutes drive.
