A charming house with a heated pool in Krk, modernly decorated on two floors. Located in a quiet part of town, it consists of a ground floor with a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and storage room. On the first floor, two bedrooms with bathrooms have access to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and air-conditioned bedrooms with satellite television. From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with a heated pool, sun deck and barbecue. Only a 5-minute walk to the city center, promenade by the sea and beaches surrounded by pine forest.
